What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure that can help save a person’s life if their breathing or heart stops. When a person’s heart stops beating, they are in cardiac arrest. During cardiac arrest, the heart cannot pump blood to the rest of the body, including the brain and lungs.

How long is a certification good for?

CPR certification is valid for 2 years.

When will I receive my certification?

You will be able to immediately download your certification upon successfully completing the CPR training course.

Is there any exam, what if I fail the exam?

Yes, there is a post training test that you will encounter after each training. If you fail the exam, we recommend that you go back through the course material and then retake the test. You will have as many tries as necessary for you to pass the certification exam, but a score of 70% or better is required to receive certificate.

How can my employer verify my certification is valid?

All American Heart Association certifications contain a unique number which ties directly into the AHA certification database that employers may use to verify certificate authenticity.

Does Topxperts CPR Training offer hands on training?

Yes. We offer hands on training for all our participants. Participants must check our site training calendar to determine the location and date of our next training class.
